Thank you to New Bridge School who supported the facilitation of PE with our School Based Trainees this week. The Trainees loved every minute of the day! Thank you to @Matthew Jenkins.

Aspiring Leaders' Reflections

As our first cohort of Aspiring Leaders are coming to the end of their programme, here are some reflections on their experience:

"I was able to reflect a lot on what type of leader I aspire to be and understand even more about what it entails."

"I have clear ideas of my learning and reflections so far. I also have a strong action plan. We have worked very hard in understanding ourselves better as professionals. This has been done in session which was enjoyable and we were able to be creative."

"Lots of learning regarding leadership and invaluable advice from Moira and Gil along with personal experiences that help to highlight the leadership theories in the session. Also there was some great networking with staff from other schools that involved sharing contact details with other specialists and just sharing of general info and experiences."

"Leadership isn’t a beginning and end journey. There isn’t an end goal just an opportunity to keep learning how to up skill yourself and others."

"As a group we chatted and realised just how far we have come. How they way we now think has changed from the start of the process and how much confidence we have gained."
