It’s been a busy one!

School Based Primary Trainees exploring Curriculum design through an Intensive Teaching and Practice week. Thanks to @KingfisherLearningTrust @SamuelLaycock and @NorburyHall for supporting this valuable work.

Heads of Site development session exploring Leadership with @GillRobinson 

Also the launch of the Aspiring Leaders Programme. Colleagues from across the Trust gathered to consider their ‘Wicked Question' practitioner enquiry. Some great networking has already begun!

The Leading Inclusive Schools programme supporting schools across  Manchester LA took place at The Grange Special School. 

The day centred around strategies designed to support the development of learning behaviours. We were also treated to a tour of the school and a visit to the farm! 

Thursday focused on a Secondary SENCO Network where colleagues began to unpick the newly updated EEF Deployment of Teaching Assistants. 

Quite a week for everyone concluding with a meeting with our wonderful Trustees.
