New Bridge School welcomed the Secondary School Based Trainees to the Roman Road site this week to explore 'Adaptive Teaching'.
Trainees spent time in classes and reflected upon the needs of individual learners across the school. A huge thank you to staff and in particular Carrie Ball and Debbie Birch Hall for facilitating the activities as part of the Intensive Teaching and Practice week..
The trainees described their day as 'the best'!

SENCO's from Manchester schools met together to collaborate upon inclusive practice. Staff shared their experiences of promoting an inclusive culture within their schools. This included reflecting on professional development where all staff had come together to unpick what is currently working to support learners with SEND.
The Team have also been developing the offer of training for both Trust schools and beyond. Information can be found by connecting in through the everyone learning website.
