This week saw a thought provoking morning spent at Sync, our Apple 1-1 partner. This supported deep reflection.

Colleagues shared their schools' journeys which was so inspiring. 

It also reminded us about the important journey that our staff are on.

I continue to be amazed  by the  passion and determination demonstrated by colleagues.

Time was also spent exploring opportunities to share our expertise across the Trust and with our mainstream partners.

We hope the Advanced Skills Practitioner Initiative will support this. 

Shortlisting done for an important role and interviews take place next week!

New Bridge School hosted our Primary Trainees who were exploring Adaptive Teaching. 

One trainee commented on how she felt students were ‘cherished’.

She had found the most experience to be so rewarding.  

Our Trustees Meeting saw a celebration of the achievements of Hawthorns new build, with a fantastic presentation from Jonathan Curtis and Chris Headdock.

Finally, the week concluded with opportunities to connect with Special School partners both regionally and nationally!
