A very busy week supporting staff across the Trust.

It’s been a pleasure catching up with ECT’s and Leaders from across our Oldham Schools.

Listening to the views and ideas from staff on how we can best support their professional development moving forward has been a priority.

We are pleased to share that the ‘Every’ management system is launching for training and development over the coming weeks.

We hope this will provide us with a more efficient system. Fingers crossed.

Finally, speaking to SENCOs from across Greater Manchester was a great reminder of the fantastic work that takes place across our schools.
